Fogelsville, Pa. (July 29, 2024)\u2014\u00a0Client 1st Financial<\/a><\/u>, a trusted financial advisory firm in Lehigh Valley, donated $30,000 through the\u00a0Educational Improvement Tax Credit program<\/a><\/u>\u00a0to support two local organizations:\u00a0PBS39\u2019s Leadership Society<\/a><\/u>\u00a0and\u00a0Valley Youth House<\/a><\/u>, each receiving $15,000.<\/p>\n

“At Client 1st Financial, we firmly believe in the pivotal role of businesses investing in local nonprofits and community organizations to build a stronger, more resilient community,\u201d said Michael J. Fischer, president of Client 1st Financial. \u201cAwarding these grants to local nonprofits is more than a financial contribution; it’s a testament to our commitment to creating positive change where it matters most.\u201d<\/p>\n

Both recipients are deeply involved in the local community. PBS39\u2019s Leadership Society helps produce rich public media that educates the community. PBS39 Education offers 24\/7 access to various services for the education community, including educational television programming, professional development and resources for teachers, parent resources, adult learning opportunities, extensive outreach services and other special programs and events.<\/p>\n

Valley Youth House provides youth with the resources, support and aid they need to live well and be seen. The organization offers a wide range of responsive programs to address the varied and complex needs of vulnerable youth and their families. It partners with each young person to help them create the best possible outcome for their unique situation.<\/p>\n

The EITC program grants tax credits to eligible businesses contributing to a Scholarship Organization, an Educational Improvement Organization, and\/or a Pre-Kindergarten Scholarship Organization.<\/p>\n
