Greater Lehigh Valley Mobile Food Alliance Announces Board of Directors<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Alliance, founded in 2014, helps promote and support the growth of the mobile food industry in the Greater Lehigh Valley<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

April 5, 2016<\/span> (Allentown, PA) The Greater Lehigh Valley Mobile Food Alliance announced today their Board of Directors for a 2 year term.\u00a0 The Greater Lehigh Valley Mobile Food Alliance was founded in late 2014 with a mission to help promote and support the growth of the mobile food industry in the Greater Lehigh Valley.<\/p>\n

The Greater Lehigh Valley Mobile Food Truck Alliance, or Alliance as it is known by its members, is a group of small business entrepreneurs that provide an array of high quality food at an affordable price, from a unique, mobile venue.\u00a0 Tracey Mathews, new Board President states \u201cThe Lehigh Valley has grown and changed over the last five years and we found there was a need to create an organization that provided a single point of contact for the community as well as create a \u201cgo-to\u201d alliance to help the food truck industry thrive in the Valley.\u00a0 We work alongside local municipalities and businesses to maintain relationships and provide a code of conduct for food trucks to follow.\u201d<\/p>\n

With 28 members and growing the Alliance has strengthened their community relationships and will be launching the first Food Truck Festival in the Lehigh Valley with a Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs partnership on May 14, 2016<\/span> at Coca-Cola Park.\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cThis group of business owners that are now reflected in our Board of Directors has been responsible for the growth of the Alliance over the last year and we are looking forward to the future.\u201d states Mathews.<\/p>\n
