The newest medical office building in the area is at 1530 Eighth Avenue and opened at the beginning of September. It houses four medical practices and is fully occupied. The 20,000-square-foot building had been office space and a bank and was completely gutted and remodeled to meet the needs of the medical practices.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSt. Luke\u2019s University Health Network has a huge presence at Eighth and Eaton Avenues in Bethlehem,\u201d said Jennifer K. Peters, MPA, Senior Network Director, Real Estate. \u201cThis shows our commitment to our community and to this area.\u201d\u00a0 St. Luke\u2019s has a number of medical practices in buildings in this area including those that specialize in cardiology, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, urology, nephrology and oral surgery as well as the St. Luke\u2019s Baby &amp; Me Support Center.<\/p>\n<p>The practices in the recently opened building at 1530 Eighth Avenue are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/findadoctor.slhn.org\/practice\/details\/21757\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/findadoctor.slhn.org\/practice\/details\/21757&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1726880801925000&amp;usg=AOvVaw3JOJ0Kne1lXL_uqtRVXoaG\"><strong>St. Luke\u2019s Rheumatology Associates<\/strong><\/a>. The practice diagnoses and manages rheumatic conditions including those that cause pain and swelling in joints and muscles. Led by a team of specialists, it blends the latest treatments with personalized care, ensuring patients have the best outcomes. It is located on the first floor. Providers at this location are Ruchi D. Patel, DO, and Kristen A.
