The ATHENA and ATHENA Emerging Professional Awards honor individuals who demonstrate excellence, creativity, and initiative in their business or profession, who provide valuable service by contributing time and energy to improve the quality of life for others in the community, and who actively assist other women in realizing their full leadership potential. The ATHENA Organizational Award recognizes businesses and organizations that support, develop and honor women leaders.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Women\u2019s Business Council is proud to participate in the ATHENA International Leadership program, as we have for more than 40 years.\u00a0 It\u2019s our way to recognize the achievements of the women in the Lehigh Valley and also encourage the empowerment of women,\u201d says Danielle Joseph, Executive Vice President of Diversity Councils for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ATHENA 2024 Leadership Award<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vicki Doul\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lehigh Valley Executive and Vice President, Distribution Channels<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Capital Blue Cross<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vicki Doul\u00e9 is the Lehigh Valley Executive at Capital Blue Cross, where she drives the company\u2019s growth and commitment in the region. She also oversees Capital\u2019s distribution channel strategy, focusing on producer partnerships and sales and service at Capital\u2019s retail centers, including locations in Allentown and Center Valley. Vicki leads a dedicated team that embodies Capital\u2019s mission to improve the health and well-being of its members and the communities in which they live.<\/p>\n<p>Vicki is a dedicated community servant and champions many causes that enrich the fabric of the Lehigh Valley. She is a member of the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley\u2019s Board of Directors and is active with Women United.\u00a0 Vicki is a member of the ArtsQuest Board of Trustees, serving as Chair from 2020 to 2022 and also serves on LVEDC\u2019s Board of Directors.\u00a0\u00a0 Additionally, Vicki serves as a Commissioner on the Allentown Homeless Commission, is a member of the Downtown Allentown Community Development Initiative (DACDI) and serves on Via of the Lehigh Valley\u2019s Board.<\/p>\n<p>Vicki has been recognized as a 2023 Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania Take the Lead Honoree, the Bethlehem YMCA\u2019s 2021 Golden Laurel, and a 2019 Woman of Influence by Lehigh Valley Business. Vicki is a lifelong Lehigh Valley resident and earned her degree in marketing from Bloomsburg University.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ATHENA 2024 Emerging Professional Award<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Chloe Cole-Wilson<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Program Supervisor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Silk Lehigh Valley<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chloe Cole-Wilson is the Program Supervisor of Silk Lehigh Valley, an LGBTQ youth center providing HIV services and fostering a safe, affirming space for young people. She also leads Basement Poetry as Artistic Director, creating projects that elevate BIPOC voices and advocate for social justice through the arts. Chloe serves on the boards of the Eastern PA Trans Equity Project, Lehigh Valley Girls Rock, YWCA Bethlehem, and the ArtsQuest Performing Arts Committee.<\/p>\n<p>Chloe holds a Bachelor\u2019s Degree from Capella University and is currently pursuing her Master\u2019s Degree in Psychology at the University of Phoenix. Her dedication to the intersection of the arts and activism led her to complete a fellowship at the Allentown Art Museum as an Art &amp; Action Fellow. Her work has been featured in publications such as *Good Morning America*, *Lehigh Valley Style*, *The Morning Call*, WDIY, *Fig Magazine*, and *Lehigh Valley News*.<\/p>\n<p>She was named one of the Most Influential Women of 2023 by *Lehigh Valley Style*, included in *Lehigh Valley Business*&#8217;s 40 Under 40 in 2021, and highlighted in *Good Morning America*&#8217;s 2021 feature, \u201cWho Is Making LGBTQ+ History Right Now.\u201d Chloe\u2019s advocacy for marginalized communities and her commitment to racial equity and LGBTQ+ rights continue to inspire and create lasting impact.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ATHENA 2024 Organizational Award<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ASR Media<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ASR Media is a seven-time Emmy\u00ae award-winning production company based in Eastern Pennsylvania, specializing in creating impactful media that tell meaningful stories. Founded by Ashley Russo, ASR Media brings a unique blend of creativity and expertise to every project, offering services that range from video and television production to creative direction, marketing, and media training. With a focus on community engagement and authentic storytelling, ASR Media continues to make a significant impact across the Lehigh Valley and beyond.<\/p>\n<p>ASR Media exemplifies a commitment to empowering women and fostering professional growth. With a team that is 80 percent women, the organization highlights the power of diversity and inclusivity in leadership.
