The Southern Lehigh Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to partner with SmARTivities showcase on Friday October 25th<\/sup>\u00a0from the grand opening of their newest location at the Promenade Saucon Valley! SmARTivities showcase is an Artist Market and Maker Showcase where you can find handmade gifts and original artwork created by local artists! In addition, they provide a full-service pottery studio with paint-your-own ceramics and specialized art classes for all ages and abilities in a relaxed and inspiring environment; where anyone can imagine possibilities, create their vision, and celebrate the arts!<\/p>\n

Owner and Founder April Khallil, a lifelong Artist, started her company in 2018 with the opening of her studio in downtown Easton. Since that time, SmARTivities has grown from a handful of artists in the beginning to working directly with over 200 local Artists and curating works from all over!<\/p>\n

When asked about why she chose the Promenade for her second location, owner April Khalil stated \u201cWe were invited to participate with the Promenade after the business manager reached out to discuss their program for small businesses. We were happy to find that we were welcomed with open arms into this thriving lifestyle center with so many opportunities for growth. I decided to open a location here to expand our current offerings of art and pottery classes. We are continuing our Artist Market and will still feature our handmade arts and crafts in addition to focusing on our activities and art enrichment where access is more available and convenient to our students.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe growth at the Promenade is truly outstanding\u201d stated Hayden Rinde, Assistant Vice President of the Southern Lehigh Chamber of Commerce. \u201cThe SmARTivities ribbon cutting will be the third business this month alone that we have had the honor of celebrating and welcoming to the community. We are loving the influx of local businesses to compliment the well know brand stores the Promenade is known for and the opportunity to support them all on what we consider to be the Main Street of Center Valley\u201d.<\/p>\n

All are invited to join in the grand opening celebration of SmARTivities on Friday October 25th<\/sup>\u00a0from 5:00 to 7:00PM. The ribbon cutting ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00PM. Guests will have the opportunity to release their inner artist with the paint-your-own pottery service at the Creation Station. Complimentary craft projects will also be provided along with the opportunity to win coupons and free classes from a prize wheel!\u00a0 Light refreshments, mocktails, and live entertainment will also be available for all guests to enjoy during the event!<\/p>\n
