Reybitz <\/a>back to the firm. He will join the Real Estate, Land Use &amp; Development Group and serve in its Corporate, Business &amp; Banking Group. With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Reybitz is adept at navigating real estate, permitting, and environmental law matters, notably in land use, development and zoning, and real estate litigation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter a judicial clerkship, Ron began his legal career in private practice at FLB. We are excited to have him back on our team and benefit from the experience he gained in the interim,\u201d says Erich J. Schock, Managing Shareholder.<\/p>\n<p>For the past 20 years, Mr. Reybitz has served in numerous in-house roles at PPL Services Corporation, rising to Chief Counsel. He gained significant experience in various aspects of the energy\/utility industry, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate issues\/disputes and project development of electric transmission, distribution and generation facilities. During his tenure at PPL, he successfully led the legal team responsible for obtaining all regulatory and other legal approvals required for the acquisition of Rhode Island Energy by PPL Corporation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRon\u2019s extensive work in the utility industry bolsters our real estate group\u2019s work in the infrastructure and energy sectors and enhances our ability to serve our development clients in all facets of the market,\u201d says Mr. Schock.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Reybitz will represent clients in zoning and land development matters as well as real estate and other commercial transactions.<\/p>\n<p>Outside work, Mr. Reybitz serves as a Board Member of Historic Bethlehem Museums and Sites. He earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, where he continues to sponsor the Reybitz Business Advising Fellowship for Widener Law Commonwealth and provide mentorship and experiential learning opportunities to one student each year.
