Mendinsky previously managed the water & wastewater team in HRG\u2019s Harrisburg office and has more than 20 years of experience with the firm.\u00a0 He is active in the water and wastewater industry, serving in various leadership roles with the Central Pennsylvania Water Quality Association and Pennsylvania Water Environment Association over the years.<\/p>\n
