The rebranding effort included creating “culture corners” on the platform to celebrate associate activities; making more organization-wide communications (including videos) available via the platform; adding more KidsPeace-branded items to the Kudos points “store;” and promoting the use of a Kudos4KidsPeace app that gives associates access to its offerings outside of the workplace. Since the rebranding started, more than 90% of KidsPeace associates have accounts on Kudos4KidsPeace, and participants on the system exchange an average of 40,000 to 50,000 points with each other a month.

Kudos user Liliana Benanchietti, a recruiting assistant at KidsPeace, uses the recognition system extensively. “It enables me to interact in a personal way with coworkers I would only interact with over email without it,” she said. “KidsPeace has so many locations, but Kudos really helps to build connections across teams, buildings, and states, and it never fails to brighten up your day when you receive a message!”

“Simply put, KidsPeace IS its people – its dedicated associates working throughout our Continuum of Care.
