Bethlehem, Lehigh Valley, PA., January 13, 2025 –\u00a0ArtsQuest<\/a>\u00a0is thrilled to announce the seventh Musikfest 2025 headliner, Chicago will be coming to the Wind Creek Steel Stage at PNC Plaza on\u00a0Tuesday, August 5, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This concert is presented with media partner 99.9 The Hawk. Ticket access begins Wednesday, January 15 for ArtsQuest Members and Friday, January 17 for the general public at\u00a0Musikfest.org.<\/a>\u00a0Ticket prices run from $35 to $109 ($239 for Steel Terrace which includes dinner, drinks and dessert at private tables under a tent). Hailed as one of the \u201cmost important bands in music since the dawn of the rock and roll era,\u201d the legendary rock and roll band with horns,\u00a0Chicago<\/a>, came in as the highest charting American band in Billboard Magazine\u2019s Top 125 Artists of All Time. Chicago is the first American rock band to chart Top 40 albums in six consecutive decades.<\/p>\n

In 2024 Chicago released\u00a0Chicago at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Washington D.C. (9\/16\/1971),\u00a0<\/em>a 26-track live collection recorded at the historic venue. The show covers all three studio albums from their 1969 debut to 1971 and more than two hours of live music by Robert Lamm, Terry Kath, Peter Cetera, Danny Seraphine, Lee Loughnane, Jame Pankow and Walt Parazaider.<\/p>\n

Chicago released\u00a0Chicago Greatest Christmas Hits,<\/em>\u00a0a new collection combining songs from all three of its beloved Christmas albums, in 2023 via Warner Music Group\/Rhino.<\/p>\n

Chicago released their 38th<\/sup>\u00a0studio album\u00a0Born for This Moment<\/em>\u00a0in 2022, which included the hit single \u201cIf This is Goodbye.\u201d Featuring the signature sounds Chicago fans have come to love;\u00a0Born for This Moment<\/em>\u00a0captures the true heart of this legendary band. Over the entire course of 14 vibrant new songs,\u00a0Born for This Moment\u00a0<\/em>encapsulates the unique blend of award-winning and personal songwriting, multilayered harmonic vocalizational and world-class arrangements that have been electrifying audiences across the globe for decades.<\/p>\n

Chicago have toured every year since the beginning – they\u2019ve never missed a year. The original three band members are Robert Lamm on keyboards and vocals, Lee Loughnane on trumpet and vocals and James Pankow on trombone. The band line-up also includes Wally Reyes, Jr. on drums, Tony Obrohta on guitar, Loren Gold on keyboards and vocals, Ray Herrmann on sax and flute, Neil Donell on vocals, Eric Baines on bass and Ramon “Ray” Yslas on percussion.<\/p>\n

From the signature sound of the Chicago horns, their iconic Vocalists, and a few dozen of ever-Classic Songs, this band\u2019s concerts are celebrations. 2025 marks the band\u2019s 58th consecutive year of touring!<\/p>\n

A total of 1,029,417 people attended Musikfest in 2024. The 11-day festival featured over 500 free performances, across 16 stages located throughout both the north and south-sides of Bethlehem.
