District Aims to Stay Ahead of the Curve in Attracting Top Talent<\/em><\/p>\n

Bethlehem, PA \u2013 To recruit the very best teachers and to provide the highest quality education the Bethlehem Area School District (BASD) is excited to announce that it will be posting teaching positions for the 2025-2026 school year as early as February 2025. The District\u2019s early posting initiative is aimed at creating a large diverse pool of applicants, streamlining the hiring process and securing qualified professionals well ahead of the typical hiring season.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt BASD, we are committed to maintaining an exceptional standard of education for our students,\u201d said Dr. Jack Silva, Superintendent of the Bethlehem Area School District. \u201cBy posting our teaching positions early, we\u2019re not only giving our team a head start in finding the right candidates, but we\u2019re also sending a clear message that we\u2019re dedicated to investing in the future of our students and educators alike.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Positions will be posted on Frontline<\/em>, BASD\u2019s online platform for job applications. Frontline provides an easy and efficient way for prospective applicants to view open positions, submit applications, and track their progress throughout the hiring process.<\/p>\n
