Northampton County, PA \u2013 Northampton County Executive Lamont G. McClure and the Division of Parks and Recreation are accepting applications for the 2025 Livable Landscapes Grant Program until\u00a01 PM, April 4, 2025<\/strong>.\u00a0Grant applications and related documents are in the\u00a0Neighborly Northampton County Participant Portal<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>at\u00a0https:\/\/www.norcopa.gov\/parks-and-recreation<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Livable Landscapes Grant Program provides grant opportunities to eligible applicants in land preservation, ecological restoration, education and outreach, park rehabilitation and development, and regional trails in Northampton County. Annual program priorities are consistent with the goals of the\u00a0Livable Landscapes \u2013 An Open Space Plan for Northampton County<\/em>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

The Division of Parks and Recreation will host an\u00a0informational grant workshop<\/strong>\u00a0and individual\u00a0pre-application meetings<\/strong>\u00a0with eligible potential 2025 grant applicants. Participation in the duration of the grant workshop is strongly encouraged.\u00a0Participation in an independent pre-application meeting is required.\u00a0If applicants are applying to PA DCNR as a match, a joint meeting is necessary.<\/p>\n
