The Network also received the Top Workplaces “Values” award for its continued and outstanding commitment to values and culture.

The Morning Call announced the awards at a ceremony Wednesday evening, two weeks after Forbes published the magazine’s America’s Best Large Employers 2025 list, which ranked St. Luke’s among the best large employers in the nation.

“These recognitions are a credit to our employees,” said Evan Ochs, Senior Vice President of Human Resources for St. Luke’s. “Our employees are our secret sauce. The survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection.

Of more than 40,000 organizations nationally that participate, roughly 3 percent earn a Top Workplaces designation annually.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount.
