The Valley Ledger is excited to announce the addition of our newest contributor Vicky Alercia-Casella. She has built a remarkable career dedicated to the mental health and well-being of her clients. Her passion for helping others is evident in her diverse range of therapeutic services, which have continually evolved to meet the needs of her community. We are eager share her personal and professional outlook with the rest of the Lehigh Valley.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Vicky Alercia-Casella is a licensed professional counselor. With almost 20 years in the mental health field, she has recently rebranded her business, now known as Therapeutic Haven Creator, to incorporate her new certification for Ecotherapy services. She has a vision to step away from traditional office therapy and allow nature and spirituality to guide with the healing journey. Last year she began offering Ecotherapy, grounding with gratitude groups at several locations throughout the Lehigh Valley. These groups can be specifically designed for the needs of family, friends, and businesses. In addition to offering therapy, over the years, she has participated in other ways to offer guidance to the community through her published articles & books on Amazon, YouTube podcast episodes, and meditation on the Insight Timer app. Vicky has also offered in person and virtual group facilitations with local elementary schools and girl scout troops to help them earn their badges, with the purpose to developing a positive mindset.<\/span><\/p>\n
