Bethlehem, Lehigh Valley, PA., March 10, 2025 \u2013\u00a0ArtsQuest<\/a>\u00a0is thrilled to announce the ninth Musikfest 2025 headliner, The Black Crowes will be coming to the Wind Creek Steel Stage at PNC Plaza on\u00a0Monday, August 4, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This concert is presented with\u00a0media partner 95.1 WZZO. Ticket access begins today, March 10 for ArtsQuest Members and Friday, March 14 for the general public\u00a0at\u00a0Musikfest.org.<\/a>\u00a0Ticket prices run from $39 to $109 ($234 for Steel Terrace which includes dinner, drinks and dessert at private tables under a tent). The Black Crowes are leaving the bullshit in the past. 15 years after their last album of original music, the Robinson Brothers present\u00a0Happiness Bastards<\/em>\u00a0– their 10th studio album. Some may say the project has been several tumultuous years in the making, but we argue it’s arriving at just the right time. Call it brotherly love or music destiny that brought them back together, the highly anticipated record consecrating the reunion of this legendary band just may be the thing that saves rock & roll. In a time where the art form is buried beneath the corporate sheen of its successors, The Black Crowes are biting back with the angst of words left unsaid penned on paper and electrified by guitar strings, revealing stripped, bare-boned rock & roll. No gloss, no glitter, just rhythm and blues at its very best – gritty, loud, and in your face.<\/p>\n

Since The Black Crowes reunited in 2019, they’ve made a triumphant return to form with over 150 shows spanning 20 countries worldwide, celebrating the 30th anniversary of\u00a0Shake Your Money Maker<\/em>, the album that put them on the map. Upon their return from the road, they knew they needed something new to show for their lost time. The Robinson Brothers and longtime bassist Sven Pipien headed to the studio with producer Jay Joyce in early 2023 and the experiences of years past transcribed themself through the music as the band found their way back to their roots. A total of 1,029,417 people attended Musikfest in 2024. The 11-day festival featured over 500 free performances, across 16 stages located throughout both the north and south-sides of Bethlehem.
