Located at the Northampton Government Center, 669 Washington St., Easton, PA 18042, in County Council Chambers on the 3rd<\/sup>\u00a0Floor.<\/p>\n

Casting of lots is open to the public and media and will also be live-streamed on the County\u2019s YouTube Channel:\u00a0https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@northamptoncounty6960<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n
