{"id":141319,"date":"2025-04-01T23:04:26","date_gmt":"2025-04-02T03:04:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/?p=141319"},"modified":"2025-04-01T23:04:26","modified_gmt":"2025-04-02T03:04:26","slug":"experience-a-taste-of-the-corridor-a-21-food-tasting-event","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/?p=141319","title":{"rendered":"Experience a Taste of the Corridor \u2013 A 21+ Food &#038; Tasting Event!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>(EASTON, PA \u2013 April 1, 2025) <\/strong>\u2014 Delaware &amp; Lehigh National Heritage Corridor (DLNHC) invites you to Taste of the Corridor at the Crayola Experience in downtown Easton on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., an exciting 21+ food and tasting event in support of DLNHC\u2019s mission to celebrate and preserve the nationally significant industrial and natural heritage of the region.<\/p>\n<p>During the event, attendees will sample delicious food and drinks from local restaurants while traveling through Crayola\u2019s vibrant attractions\u2013 each representing a county within the National Heritage Area.<\/p>\n<p>Guests will begin their evening in \u201cBuck\u2019s County,\u201d featuring Crayola\u2019s Water Works canal attraction, a nod to the region\u2019s rich industrial history. As they follow the \u201cD&amp;L Trail\u201d north through rooms representing Northampton, Lehigh, and Carbon counties, they\u2019ll enjoy tasting that showcase the unique flavors of each area. The experience will feature a silent auction with exclusive D&amp;L Trail-themed items and exciting getaways throughout the Corridor. <a href=\"https:\/\/new.biddingowl.com\/TasteoftheCorridor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bidding for the silent opened April 1, and is available to anyone, regardless of attendance at the event.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tickets are available at <a href=\"https:\/\/delawareandlehigh.org\/events\/taste-of-the-corridor-3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">delawareandlehigh.org\/events\/taste-of-the-corridor\/.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Participating vendors include: Owowcow, Dad\u2019s Hat Rye, Chef Greg from Crayola Experience, Boo\u2019s Brewing Co., Thyme Rooftop Grille, Slopeside Pub &amp; Grill, Butterhead Kitchen, and Taylor House Brewing Co.<\/p>\n<p>Taste of the Corridor is a major fundraiser for DLNHC, supporting vital programs like the D&amp;L Trail and the National Canal Museum.
