Celebrate the D&L Trail at the Carbon County TrailFest<\/strong><\/p>\n

EASTON, Pa. (May 27, 2025) \u2014 The Carbon County D&L TrailFest will take place Sunday, June 29, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Lehighton Outdoor Center, 123 Lehigh Drive, Lehighton.<\/p>\n

Trail enthusiasts, families and local businesses are invited to celebrate the D&L Trail and the vibrant communities it connects. Whether you’re a seasoned outdoor adventurer or new to the trail, this free, family-friendly festival offers something for everyone \u2014 live music, local vendors, food, and interactive outdoor demonstrations.<\/p>\n

In addition to entertainment and activities, attendees can join group walks, explore D&L Trail Friendly Business perks and learn how to get involved with the D&L Trail community. The event aims to showcase the beauty of the D&L Trail while supporting local economic growth and engagement with the region\u2019s outdoor heritage.<\/p>\n

Businesses and vendors interested in participating as a Trail Friendly Business or reserving a vendor space are encouraged to email economicdevelopment@delawareandlehigh.org for more information.<\/p>\n

The event is hosted by Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor (DLNHC), Lehighton Outdoor Center, Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau and the Carbon Chamber & Economic Development.<\/p>\n

DLNHC is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that preserves the historic pathway that once carried coal and iron from Wilkes-Barre to Bristol. Today, the organization connects people to nature, culture, communities, recreation and industrial heritage through programs such as the National Canal Museum, the D&L Trail, St. Luke\u2019s D&L RaceFest, Get Your Tail on the Trail and more.<\/p>\n
