The grand unveiling was anchored by\u00a0<em>The World in Faces<\/em>, a globally acclaimed portrait series by photographer Alexander Khimushin that will remain on view at the venue by appointment throughout the summer.<\/p>\n<p>Housed in the beautifully restored former Wells Fargo building at 16 Centre Square, The Catalyst, owned by brother-sister duo, Jane and Bert Kurtin, has established itself as a bold new hub for culture, connection, and creativity in the heart of Easton. The venue was transformed from a dormant bank into a modern, flexible space designed to host gallery exhibitions, networking mixers, music performances, private events, and more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cThis space was created to bring people together and spark meaningful conversations,\u201d said co-owner Jane Kurtin.<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cWe\u2019re honored to have launched with such a powerful exhibit and an incredible turnout from the community. The support is tremendous, and just the beginning of what we hope The Catalyst can be.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>The opening mixer featured musical performances by Gr3yson, Basil &amp; Bob, Galen Deery &amp; The Reason Why, and Nene O, all set against the stunning backdrop of Khimushin\u2019s 6-foot-tall portraits.<\/strong>\u00a0<em>The World in Faces<\/em>\u00a0celebrates the beauty, strength, and cultural heritage of Indigenous peoples from across the globe. Previously exhibited at the United Nations in New York and Geneva, UNESCO in Paris, and the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, the collection has now arrived in Easton thanks to\u00a0<strong>Heavenly Host Hospitality (HHH)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled to bring this globally recognized art experience to the Lehigh Valley,\u201d said\u00a0<strong>Brooke Mitman, founder of HHH<\/strong>. \u201cAlexander\u2019s collection speaks to the mission of what we\u2019re building using art, hospitality, and entrepreneurship to connect people and restore community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The exhibition will remain on view at The Catalyst and is available to media and the public by appointment.
