The transformative program will combine all-level yoga instruction, guided meditation, healing sound baths, and refreshments in a beautiful outdoor setting.<\/p>\n<p>Led by certified instructor Alyscia Rivera, the series is designed to welcome participants of all experience levels, from complete beginners to seasoned yoga practitioners. Each two-hour session will take place at West Park, located at 1524 W. Linden Street, Allentown, PA 18102.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re thrilled to bring this wellness opportunity directly to our community,\u201d said Rivera. \u201cThere\u2019s something magical about practicing yoga outdoors, surrounded by nature. Our goal is to create an accessible space where everyone can experience the benefits of mindfulness, movement, and community connection.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Program Schedule:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Saturday, June 14: 11:00 AM &#8211; 1:00 PM<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Sunday, June 29: 11:00 AM &#8211; 1:00 PM<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Saturday, July 12: 11:00 AM &#8211; 1:00 PM<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Sunday, July 27: 11:00 AM &#8211; 1:00 PM<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Saturday, August 9: 11:00 AM &#8211; 1:00 PM<\/p>\n<p>Each session will include:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 All-level yoga instruction suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Guided meditation to promote mindfulness and stress relief<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Healing sound bath experiences<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Light refreshments for participants<\/p>\n<p>The series will culminate with the West Park Wellness Festival on Sunday, August 17, featuring additional wellness activities and community vendors.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis program represents our commitment to making wellness accessible to everyone in our community,\u201d organizers noted. \u201cBy offering these sessions at no cost in a public park setting, we\u2019re removing barriers that might prevent people from experiencing the benefits of yoga and meditation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and dress comfortably for outdoor activity.
