Over the past decade, he\u2019s recorded more than 450 episodes, covering everything from cardiology to community health, often joined by fellow Spanish-speaking physicians and local leaders.<\/p>\n<p>When Claros is out and about in the community, people will turn to him, having recognized him by voice, not by face. \u201c\u2018You\u2019re the Latino Doctor!\u2019 they\u2019ll say,\u201d Dr. Claros shared.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBeing recognized as the Spanish voice, the link to our Latino community for trusted health care wisdom, is truly an honor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The show became a lifeline during the COVID-19 pandemic, helping dispel myths and encourage vaccination. Its impact has earned recognition from the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, local media, and city officials.<\/p>\n<p>What began as a simple idea\u2014connecting St. Luke\u2019s services with the Hispanic community\u2014has grown into a trusted platform for health, hope, and connection.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It has been a true pleasure and privilege to be able to serve our community while advancing the St. Luke&#8217;s mission,\u201d Dr. Claros said.<\/p>\n<p>A special anniversary episode is planned to celebrate this milestone and reaffirm St. Luke\u2019s commitment to the Latino community.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About St. Luke\u2019s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1872, St. Luke\u2019s University Health Network (SLUHN) is a fully integrated, regional, non-profit network of more than 23,000 employees providing services at 16 campuses and 350+ outpatient sites.
