{"id":143714,"date":"2025-07-14T21:11:40","date_gmt":"2025-07-15T01:11:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/?p=143714"},"modified":"2025-07-14T21:11:53","modified_gmt":"2025-07-15T01:11:53","slug":"historic-nazareth-is-strummin-and-hummin-in-anticipation-of-martin-on-main-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/?p=143714","title":{"rendered":"Historic Nazareth is Strummin\u2019 and Hummin\u2019 in Anticipation of Martin on Main!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Saturday, July 26, 2025 12:00 Noon &#8211; 7:00 PM\u00a0EST<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Nazareth Area Chamber of Commerce (NACC), proud partner of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, is excited to announce the return of the iconic Martin on Main festival\u2014a must-attend celebration of music, community, and culture\u2014on Saturday, July 26th, from 12 PM to 7 PM in historic downtown Nazareth, the proud hometown of world-renowned Martin Guitars.<\/p>\n<p>Drawing over 5,000 attendees each year, Martin on Main is more than a festival\u2014it\u2019s a full-day community experience, bringing together local businesses, artists, families, and music lovers from across the region.<\/p>\n<p>Music and guitar lovers can enjoy seven full hours of entertainment throughout the day! This year both stages are organized by Nazareth Center for the Arts. Jenny Swanker, President of the Nazareth Center for the Arts was quoted, \u201cThe Nazareth Center for the Arts is thrilled to bring all the music to this year\u2019s Martin on Main, featuring a packed lineup filled with incredible local talent and exciting new faces you won\u2019t want to miss!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The main stage will be located at the corner of S. Main and Belvidere Streets which will feature Martin Guitar Forum artists for the full seven hours. Be sure to check out the acoustic stage located in the Nazareth Circle. The Circle Stage will feature our impressive depth of local talent with rotating artists every half hour! Nazareth\u2019s Main Street will be strummin\u2019 and hummin\u2019 all afternoon!<\/p>\n<p>Main Stage Lineup:<\/p>\n<p><strong>12pm \u2013<\/strong> Craig Thatcher, <strong>1pm \u2013 <\/strong>Burn Rocks, <strong>2pm \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>The Big Wahu, <strong>3pm- <\/strong>Ceviche Duo, <strong>4pm \u2013 <\/strong>Dina Hall Duo,<strong> 5pm-7pm \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0The Hazmats<\/p>\n<p>While music fills the air, festival attendees will have the grassy, shady space of Nazareth\u2019s Center Circle to set up chairs and picnic blankets along with plentiful seating and tables at the Main stage. Attendees over the age of 21 can find a new favorite beverage among Birthright Brewing, Clever Girl Winery, and Easton Wine Project to beat the heat! The NEDC\u2019s Farmers Market will extend their hours from 9am to 1pm and shift locations to the Northern portion of the Circle. The majority of the vendors will stay and join the festival until 7pm. In total, and the entire Circle and Main Street down to Belvidere St will be closed to vehicles and open to foot traffic to accommodate the local festivities. Food truck vendors such as local favorite Mon &amp; Mel\u2019s Sweet Scoops, Greek Street, Slide On By, Pie in a Cone, and more will have something tasty for everyone. An array of over 20 local craft vendors, artisans, and businesses will also be on site. Our Main Street businesses will be open and running a variety of sales and special offers to provide patrons with fun shopping opportunities!<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re thrilled to debut a brand-new Kids Corner at this year\u2019s event, located in the YMCA parking lot! This vibrant, family-friendly zone will be bursting with fun\u2014complete with exciting kids\u2019 games, face painting, take-home crafts, and giveaways galore. Kids can jump into an epic video game truck, generously provided by St. John\u2019s Lutheran Church, and enjoy hands-on fun throughout the day. Plus, the YMCA will be joining the fun with their own set of engaging activities for children of all ages.
