38th<\/sup>\u00a0Annual Event Set for July 19-20 at Burnside Plantation in Bethlehem<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

BETHLEHEM, PA\u2014Blueberry desserts such as blueberry crumb cake from The Bakery Nook and blueberry swirl ice cream from the iconic Bethlehem Dairy Store may take center stage at Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites\u2019 (HBMS) annual Blueberry Festival, but this year\u2019s event is taking the blueberry goodness to an entirely new level with blueberry-infused foods being offered by a number of the festival\u2019s vendors.<\/p>\n

Among the \u201cmust-try\u201d items are a Blueberry Grilled Cheese by The Taste Budz food truck, which is making its debut at the festival; hot mini-donuts adorned with various blueberry toppings from DonutNV; and refreshing drinks such as a Blueberry Matcha and Blueberry Lime Refresher by The Rolling Brew.<\/p>\n

Known for its bold and creative comfort foods,\u00a0The Taste Budz<\/strong>\u00a0is adding a blueberry twist to a couple of its classics. In addition to the Blueberry Grilled Cheese filled with fresh blueberries, the Easton-based food truck will offer a sandwich filled with Pulled Pork that\u2019s slow-cooked in blueberry sangria and topped with a blueberry barbeque sauce.<\/p>\n

A fan favorite at Blueberry Festival,\u00a0DonutNV\u00a0<\/strong>dishes out made-to-order mini-donuts. Among this year\u2019s options are three blueberry flavors: Blueberry Cobbler, Blueberry Lemon and Blueberry Glazed. You can also pair your favorites with a cool drink like fresh-squeezed or frozen blueberry lemonade, or Blueberry Lavender Iced Coffee.<\/p>\n

Blueberry Matcha and Blueberry Lime Refresher drinks from The Rolling Brew<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Not to be outdone,\u00a0The Rolling Brew<\/strong>, appearing at Blueberry Festival for the first time, will be serving handcrafted drinks including iced and hot coffees and matcha. For those who want to satisfy their blueberry craving, check out the Blueberry Matcha or Blueberry Lime Refresher.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mango Sticky Rice from Aroi Mango<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

This year\u2019s Blueberry Festival also takes on an international flair, with vendors such as\u00a0Aroi Mango<\/strong>\u00a0(appearing July 20 only), the first U.S. restaurant dedicated to Mango Sticky Rice, and perennial festival favorite\u00a0Taco Town<\/strong>, which focuses on freshly made tacos and Mexican food.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019ve never tried the iconic Thai dessert Mango Sticky Rice, you\u2019re in for a treat. Ario Mango, which is new to the Blueberry Festival, specializes in this unique dessert made with juicy mango and sweet sticky coconut rice. It will also have Mango Thai Iced Tea and Lavender Butterfly Tea on hand to help cool down festival attendees.<\/p>\n

Other Blueberry Festival food vendors include\u00a0Pasta Eva<\/strong>, which offers homemade Italian food, and\u00a0Thirst Trap Lemonade<\/strong>, which serves up fresh-squeezed lemonades in a variety of refreshing flavors.<\/p>\n

No visit to Blueberry Festival is complete without a stop at the\u00a0Market to Go<\/strong>, offering its largest variety of blueberry-themed desserts ever. In addition to favorites such as blueberry crumb pie, coffee cake, strudel, sugar cookies and blueberry swirl ice cream, this year\u2019s Market to Go features exciting, new additions such as blueberry crullers and gluten-free blueberry lemon mini-cakes.<\/p>\n
