July 30, 2025 \u2014<\/strong>\u00a0PSECU<\/a>, Pennsylvania\u2019s digital-first credit union, has earned recognition as one of the\u00a02025 Greatest Places to Intern in PA<\/a>\u00a0by the PA Chamber of Business and Industry Foundation. The award celebrates organizations across the Commonwealth that provide exceptional internship experiences and demonstrate a commitment to developing the next generation of professionals.<\/p>\n

Currently, PSECU\u2019s internship program supports 11 active interns across a wide range of departments, including human resources, finance, technology operations, member experience, and risk management. The program focuses on creating meaningful, work-based learning experiences that prepare students for successful careers while building long-term talent for the organization. With a high conversion rate from intern to full-time employee, PSECU\u2019s approach continues to develop future leaders.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis honor reflects the power of investing in people early.\u201d Said Sandra Holzgen, Chief Human Resources Officer. \u201cInternships at PSECU are designed to build confidence, capability, and community because our interns aren\u2019t just part of the team today; they\u2019re the talent of tomorrow.\u201d<\/p>\n

PSECU\u2019s program reflects the same commitment to excellence that defines its workplace culture. Interns have the opportunity to attend professional user groups and local conferences, benefit from one-on-one coaching with managers, and participate in sessions with senior leaders from across the organization.<\/p>\n

Interns may join PSECU for a semester, over the summer, or year-round to complement their school curriculum. Many have gone on to build successful careers at PSECU, which serves as evidence of the strength and impact of the internship program.<\/p>\n

The PA Chamber Foundation will host a press event celebrating the 2025 Greatest Places to Intern in PA award recipients on July 31, 2025, at the Pennsylvania Capitol Rotunda in Harrisburg.<\/p>\n
