{"id":144227,"date":"2025-08-05T14:41:45","date_gmt":"2025-08-05T18:41:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/?p=144227"},"modified":"2025-08-05T14:41:45","modified_gmt":"2025-08-05T18:41:45","slug":"glvada-partners-with-st-lukes-to-support-child-safety-seat-program","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/?p=144227","title":{"rendered":"GLVADA Partners with St. Luke\u2019s to Support Child Safety Seat Program"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Bethlehem, PA \u2013 August 5, 2025<\/strong> \u2013 The Greater Lehigh Valley Auto Dealers Association (GLVADA) is proud to announce a new annual partnership with <strong>St. Luke\u2019s University Health Network<\/strong> to support their <strong>Child Safety Seat Program<\/strong>, which provides families in the region with life-saving car seats and injury prevention resources.<\/p>\n<p>As the <strong>2025 beneficiary<\/strong> of GLVADA\u2019s annual Golf Outing\u2014set for <strong>August 25, 2025<\/strong>, at <strong>Woodstone Country Club<\/strong>\u2014the program will receive <strong>$11,750<\/strong> in funding. This donation will help expand access to car seats and educational materials for families across the Lehigh Valley.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled to receive this support from GLVADA,\u201d said <strong>Andrea Nesfeder, MPH<\/strong>, Trauma Outreach Coordinator at St. Luke\u2019s. \u201cThis funding will go a long way in protecting young lives and supporting parents throughout our community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The event will include a <strong>check presentation and photo opportunity<\/strong> with representatives from GLVADA and St. Luke\u2019s, along with <strong>media coverage<\/strong> from WFMZ and St. Luke\u2019s Marketing team. Nesfeder will also be present at the outing with a table of injury prevention materials and resources.<\/p>\n<p>GLVADA\u2019s commitment doesn\u2019t end there\u2014this funding will now become an <strong>annual contribution<\/strong> to the program, with the possibility of increased support as the need grows.
