Held at the Valley Preferred Cycling Center, this prestigious track cycling competition brought out elite riders and promising juniors battling for top honors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Keirin Cup Champions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the highly anticipated\u00a0<strong>Women\u2019s Keirin Final (5 Laps)<\/strong>, Claudia Marcks of New Zealand surged ahead to claim gold, crossing the 200m finish line in an impressive 12.645 seconds at a speed of 56.94 km\/h. Close behind, Reagen Pattishall of Turbo Velo Pickle Juice from Breinigsville, PA took silver with Julianna Rutecki of Bike Works P\/B Fred Beans in West Chester, PA earning bronze.<\/p>\n<p>On the men\u2019s side, the\u00a0<strong>Men\u2019s Keirin Final (5 Laps)<\/strong>\u00a0saw New Zealand\u2019s Magnus Jamieson dominate with a lightning-fast 200m sprint time of 10.757 seconds, reaching speeds of nearly 67 km\/h. Will Munday secured silver only +.022, with Dakota Stein of Edge Cycling rounding out the podium in third.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Men\u2019s and Women\u2019s Results<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Men\u2019s Points Race Final (15 km \u2013 45 Laps):<br \/>\n<\/strong> Patton Sims of Star Track claimed gold with a commanding 45 points, while Marcos Mendez of Foundation (Argentina) and Lance Abshire of Chaney Windows and Doors from Baton Rouge, LA tied on points for silver and bronze positions respectively.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women\u2019s Points Race Final (8.333 km \u2013 25 Laps):<br \/>\n<\/strong> Claudia Marcks continued her stellar performance with gold, followed by Julianna Rutecki in silver and Reagen Pattishall in bronze.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women\u2019s Scratch Race Final (6.667 km \u2013 20 Laps):<br \/>\n<\/strong> Gold went to Claudia Marcks (New Zealand), silver to Reagen Pattishall (Turbo Velo Pickle Juice), and bronze to Kimberly Zubris of Star Track Cycling in Alburtis, PA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men\u2019s Scratch Race Final (8.333 km \u2013 25 Laps):<br \/>\n<\/strong> Lance Abshire (Chaney Windows and Doors) earned gold, with Marcos Mendez and Justin Pak of Star Track Cycling from New York finishing second and third respectively.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women\u2019s Miss and Out Final:<br \/>\n<\/strong> Claudia Marcks took top honors, with Reagen Pattishall and Kimberly Zubris completing the podium.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men\u2019s Super Sprint Elimination Final (2.5 Laps):<br \/>\n<\/strong> Magnus Jamieson triumphed once again, followed by Marcos Mendez and Liam Trepte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Junior Races Showcase Rising Talent<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Keirin Cup also highlighted the next generation of cyclists in several junior races:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Junior Men Tempo Race Final (5 km \u2013 15 Laps):<br \/>\n<\/strong> Joshua Frederick of Team BSR Cycling Development from Telford, PA captured gold, with Elijah James and Chris Bittner taking silver and bronze.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Junior Men Scratch Race Final (5 km \u2013 15 Laps):<br \/>\n<\/strong> Frederick repeated his gold-winning form, joined on the podium by Elijah James (silver) and Hugo Meyerhoefer of Edge Cycling (bronze).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Junior Men Point A Lap Final (3.333 km \u2013 10 Laps):<br \/>\n<\/strong> Frederick once again led the pack to claim gold, with Elijah James and Meyerhoefer close behind.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The 38th Keirin Cup successfully combined high-speed competition with a showcase of rising stars, thrilling fans with a weekend full of intense racing and skillful tactics.
