(Aug. 20, 2025) <\/strong>\u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.et-t.com\/\">ET&amp;T<\/a>, a Bethlehem-based technology solutions provider with over five decades of service, announced the addition of Jason Lovelace as a technical project manager to its team. With over 10 years of hands-on IT experience and a background in higher education and music composition, Lovelace brings a unique blend of creativity, precision, and technical expertise to the ET&amp;T team.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJason\u2019s diverse background and thoughtful approach to problem-solving align perfectly with our team\u2019s values,\u201d said Fusun Bubernack, co-president of ET&amp;T. \u201c We are confident he will play an important role in helping us continue to deliver customized, high-quality solutions to the businesses we serve.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lovelace\u2019s journey into the technology field began during graduate school, where he balanced academic rigor with hands-on IT roles, including serving as a lab assistant for a conservatory computing center. He previously served as an IT coordinator and later IT director at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elmterrace.org\/\">Elm Terrace<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elmterrace.org\/\">Gardens<\/a>, a nonprofit continuing care retirement community in Montgomery County. In 2015, he joined <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bestbuy.com\/site\/geek-squad\/geek-squad-protection\/pcmcat159800050001.c?id=pcmcat159800050001\">Best Buy\u2019s Geek Squad<\/a>, where he honed his skills in desktop support and customer service. By 2016, Lovelace transitioned into a full-time desktop support analyst role at Interphase Systems, a small family-owned MSP, where he quickly rose through the ranks, ultimately serving as lead technical consultant. After the company\u2019s acquisition by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.magna5.com\/\">Magna5<\/a>, he took on new leadership roles, including Tier 2 technical team lead and Tier 2 network engineer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI&#8217;m happy to work in a family-owned MSP,\u201d said Lovelace. \u201cWorking alongside ET&amp;T\u2019s experienced IT professionals to design and deliver solutions to our customers\u2019 IT challenges is a delight, and the family-oriented nature of the business helps us remain sufficiently agile to customize solutions to meet the distinct needs of each of our diverse customers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lovelace holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in composition from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.catholic.edu\/\">The Catholic University of<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.catholic.edu\/\">America<\/a> and two master\u2019s degrees in computer music composition and composition from the <a href=\"https:\/\/peabody.jhu.edu\/\">Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins University<\/a>. His academic background reflects a strong foundation in creative problem-solving, technical innovation and analytical thinking.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to his extensive experience in IT and technical support, Lovelace spent over 15 years teaching at institutions including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.frederick.edu\/\">Frederick Community College<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.towson.edu\/\">Towson University<\/a> and The Catholic University of America.
