Participants rated their employers on everything from satisfaction to reputation \u2013 and St. Luke\u2019s shined.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBeing recognized as the top-ranked health care employer in Pennsylvania is truly an honor,\u201d said Evan Ochs, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. \u201cWe put our people first.
