Cost is $99, or $85 for HBMS members.<\/p>\n<p>During the Bootlegger\u2019s Ball, Hotel Bethlehem \u2014 built in 1922 \u2014 will transform into a 1920s speakeasy, featuring Prohibition-era cocktails paired with a menu of timeless 1920s classics, including canap\u00e9s and deviled eggs, that are sure to delight. Guests will also swing to the music of Drew Nugent and the Midnight Society, an award-winning swing and jazz ensemble known for their authentic 1920s sound, vaudeville influence and playful theatrical touches.<\/p>\n<p>Guests are encouraged to come dressed to impress \u2014 as a darling flapper, dashing gent or part of a dazzling group \u2014 with prizes awarded \u201cBest Dressed Flapper,\u201d \u201cBest Dressed Dapper\u201d and \u201cBest Dressed Couple\/Group\u201d contests.\u00a0A few \u2018surprises\u2019 are also planned as well.<\/p>\n<p>Bootlegger\u2019s Ball tickets include admission to this fully immersive 1920s experience, food and two bar tickets; additional drinks will be available for purchase. Proceeds benefit HBMS\u2019s historic preservation work and educational programming for the community.<\/p>\n<p>As part of this special evening, Historic Hotel Bethlehem is also offering a special room rate of $229 (regularly $269) for all Bootlegger\u2019s Ball attendees.
