This celebration is a global generosity movement encouraging people to do good in their communities and is meant to serve as a way to share and care after the feasting of Thanksgiving and the shopping events of Black Friday and Cyber Monday. It serves as a fitting beginning to the holiday season.

One Financial Services, led by Principal and Co-founder, Jack Morrone and Partner and Wealth Advisor Rob Pretopapa, is a frequent year-round contributor to and participant in regional charitable efforts. In addition to those ongoing efforts, the Giving Tuesday holiday provides the opportunity for each One Financial Services Team member to direct corporate funds to an organization close to their heart. Depending on the length of tenure, individual donations may range from $100 to $750.

“We believe that true impact comes from empowering individuals to give back to the causes they’re passionate about,” said Morrone. “Our employee-driven Day of Giving is a testament to our belief in the power of community and the importance of supporting the causes that make a real difference. We are proud to help our employees make a positive impact, both locally and globally.”

This year, the employees of One Financial Services have directed $9,260 to different charities of their choice. By offering each team member the opportunity to contribute directly to a cause they care about, One Financial Services aims to strengthen its dedication to fostering a culture of generosity and social responsibility.

The 2025 recipients include:

Presbyterian Church of Catasauqua

Sanctuary at Haafsville

Lehigh Valley Zoo

PA Caring Hearts

Purple Heart Foundation

Elevating Christian Ministries

Forgotten Felines and Fidos

Bridge Beyond Addiction

Camp Fatima

Memorial Library of Nazareth

Nazareth Area Food Bank

Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

Allentown Area Ecumenical Food Bank

Today is a Good Day

Second Harvest Food Bank

Miracle League of the LV

Building Education Support Teams

LV Charter High School for the Arts

Special Hockey of the LV

Family Connection of Easton

ProJect of Easton

“Our team is our greatest asset, and we are excited to see the impact they will make through their contributions,” said Pretopapa. “The Annual Day of Giving is just one way we are working together to create positive change in the world.”

About One Financial Services: One Financial Services has a mission to help clients make informed life decisions that aim to positively impact the quality of their life and to plan for their financial independence.
