The credit union maintains a focus on innovation, like its digital banking experience, and prioritizes member service.<\/p>\n<p>Newsweek, in collaboration with Plant-A Insights Group, conducted an in-depth evaluation of nearly 9,000 institutions nationwide to compile the rankings. Results are based on more than 140,000 survey responses, 2.3 million social media reviews, more than 80 million app store reviews, and key financial health indicators such as the Texas Ratio.
