Allentown, PA\u00a0\u2014 Today, young Republicans in Lehigh County announced the official formation of the\u00a0Lehigh County Young Republican Chapter, marking a major step forward in engaging and mobilizing young conservatives across the Lehigh Valley. The chapter will be chaired by Andres Weller of Coopersburg, who currently serves as campaign manager for Congressman Ryan Mackenzie.<\/p>\n
\u201cAs the Lehigh Valley grows in importance on the state and national level, this new chapter will provide young Republicans the opportunity to lead,\u201d\u00a0said Weller. \u201cYoung conservatives now have a home\u2014a place to engage with like-minded individuals, support Republican candidates at every level, and advance our values.\u201d<\/p>\n
Lehigh County Republican Chairman\u00a0Joe Vichot\u00a0welcomed the chapter\u2019s formation, stating, \u201cThis has been a long time coming. Lehigh County needed a group like this to energize young voters, develop the next generation of leaders, and turn out the vote.\u201d<\/p>\n
