The publication selects honorees based on nominations from community leaders, local chambers of commerce, and reader submissions highlighting individuals whose contributions shape business growth and community development across central Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBeing recognized again on Pennsylvania Business Central\u2019s Top 100 People list is a great honor. It truly reflects the work of the entire PSECU team,\u201d said George Rudolph, President and CEO of PSECU. \u201cOur focus has always been on doing what\u2019s right for our members and communities, and I\u2019m proud of how our team continues to evolve, innovate, and deliver meaningful impact across Pennsylvania.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining PSECU, Rudolph spent nearly three decades in financial services leadership, including serving as senior vice president of operations and technology at Alliant Credit Union. Under Rudolph\u2019s leadership since 2019, PSECU has expanded its service model to combine digital convenience with physical presence.
