This Thursday, February 19, Second Harvest Food Bank\u00a0will received a\u00a0$31,500\u00a0<\/strong>donation from Dunkin\u2019 of Greater Philadelphia to help fight hunger throughout the area. This marks the region\u2019s 15th<\/sup>\u00a0annual Roast Hunger program,\u00a0which\u00a0began on Thanksgiving Day and ran through December 17, 2025. For every large hot coffee purchased by Dunkin\u2019 Rewards members during that period, Dunkin\u2019s Philadelphia-area franchisees donated $1 to the Dunkin\u2019 Joy in Childhood Foundation<\/a> to support regional food bank partners in their efforts to end hunger. Funds raised are granted back out into Philadelphia communities through the Foundation.<\/p>\n

Additionally on Thursday, February 19, local Dunkin\u2019 franchisees and team members volunteered at\u00a0Second Harvest Food Bank, packing food and providing coffee and donuts to others in attendance.<\/p>\n

This year, Dunkin\u2019 raised over $350,000 through Roast Hunger. In addition to Second Harvest Food Bank, the funds benefit additional food banks, including:\u00a0Philabundance<\/a>,\u00a0Food Bank of Delaware<\/a>,\u00a0Food Bank of South Jersey<\/a>,\u00a0Helping Harvest Fresh Food Bank<\/a>,\u00a0Second Harvest Food Bank (A Program of Community Action Lehigh Valley)<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Community\u00a0FoodBank\u00a0of New Jersey<\/a>.\u00a0Since 2011, Dunkin\u2019 has raised more than $3.4 million through its program fundraising efforts.<\/p>\n
