\n<\/strong>The Congressional Art Competition, established in 1982, is a nationwide event that allows high school students from all 50 states to demonstrate their artistic abilities. Each year, Members of Congress sponsor the competition in their respective districts, with winning pieces displayed in the U.S. Capitol Building for one year.<\/p>\n
