(March 9, 2026) &#8211; <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linc-lv.org\/\">LINC<\/a>, a nonprofit organization committed to fostering welcoming and inclusive workplaces and communities, announced the continuation of its CEO Breakfast Forum series in 2026 with the next meeting on Monday, March 23, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Ben Franklin TechVentures.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Coming together with like-minded leaders in the Lehigh Valley gives us something powerful, the chance to learn from one another, to exchange ideas and to honestly explore our different experiences,\u201d said Tina Hamilton, CEO of myHR Partner, a small business owner and entrepreneur in the Lehigh Valley who is co-hosting the Forum after attending sessions in 2025. \u201cThese roundtables remind us that progress happens when we sit together, we listen with intention, and we build solutions as a community.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This forum will focus on employer solutions for the workforce in ALICE households: Asset\u2011Limited, Income\u2011Constrained, Employed. An estimated 40% of the community in Lehigh and Northampton counties fall at or below the ALICE threshold. These people are described as living paycheck to paycheck, and their hardship often goes unnoticed. One minor unplanned event can trigger turmoil, often affecting an individual&#8217;s performance or, worse, leading to job loss. The discussion will focus on what\u2019s working for these employees, how to address unmet needs, and the overall status of the community\u2019s workforce.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe CEO Breakfast Forum is an opportunity for leaders across industries to come together and have meaningful conversations about the challenges and opportunities in our workforce,\u201d said LINC President Katelyn Mack.<\/p>\n<p>LINC is hosting two additional CEO Breakfast Forums in 2026 on Wednesday, July 22, and Wednesday, Dec. 9.<\/p>\n<p>Past CEO Breakfast Forum cohosts include:<\/p>\n<p>\u2012 Rick Bucher, Victaulic<\/p>\n<p>\u2012 Tony DaRe, BSI Corporate Benefits<\/p>\n<p>\u2012 Eric Difulvio, MCIT<\/p>\n<p>\u2012 Bryon Grigsby, Moravian University<\/p>\n<p>\u2012 Kathleen Harring, Muhlenberg College<\/p>\n<p>\u2012 Kenneth Long, East Stroudsburg University<\/p>\n<p>\u2012 Elizabeth Meade, Cedar Crest College<\/p>\n<p>\u2012 Chris Morganelli, MCIT<\/p>\n<p>\u2012 David Ruth, Northampton Community College<\/p>\n<p>\u2012 Julien Sauvagnargues, Olympus Corp. of the Americas<\/p>\n<p>\u2012 Martin K. Till, HNL Lab Medicine<\/p>\n<p>Since its inception, LINC has helped more than 2,500 individuals and families from 31 companies transition to the Lehigh Valley. These newcomers have relocated from 48 states, Puerto Rico, and 20 countries, bringing diverse perspectives and experiences to the region. LINC\u2019s career support services have assisted 272 individuals in pursuing job opportunities, while its Workplace Inclusion programs reach 50 companies.
