Bethlehem, Lehigh Valley, PA, April 6, 2026 –\u00a0\u00a0ArtsQuest<\/a>, in partnership with the City of Allentown, is proud to announce the return of\u00a0ArtsQuest\u2019s Friday Concerts at Union Terrace Amphitheater<\/em>, presented by Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health<\/a>, for a second consecutive summer season.<\/p>\n

Following a successful inaugural year, the free, family-friendly concert series returns to the historic Union Terrace Amphitheater with an expanded and diverse lineup designed to bring the community together through live music, culture and shared experiences in the heart of Allentown.<\/p>\n

The series will once again invite residents of Allentown\u2014as well as visitors from across the Lehigh Valley, to enjoy live performances in a relaxed, open-air setting. All concerts will run from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., and attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have been eager and excited to return to Union Terrace since the moment the last notes ended in September. To be able to build on the momentum of last year and bring this series back to Union Terrace for a second summer presents an opportunity for growth of the festivities,\u201d said Patrick Brogan, Chief Programming Officer at ArtsQuest. \u201cThe partnership with the City of Allentown continues to grow into something very special\u2014creating access to live music, celebrating local, regional and nationally touring talent and giving people a place to come together and connect through the shared experience of music under the night sky.\u201d<\/p>\n

Friday, May 22: Low Cut Connie with Slingshot Dakota<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Low Cut Connie<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Philadelphia-based rock and roll band fronted by singer-pianist Adam Weiner. For years now, Low Cut Connie has built its grassroots coalition of oddballs, underdogs, and fun-loving weirdos with songs that celebrate life on the fringes of polite society. The band\u2019s infamously wild, passionate live shows provide a total release – of stress, of inhibition, of shame – working up a primordial rock n roll sweat for fans to get blissfully soaked in.<\/p>\n

Slingshot Dakota<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hailing from Allentown, Slingshot Dakota is an indie rock band comprised of two people\u2014 vocalist\/pianist Carly Comando and drummer Tom Patterson, and has no shortage of volume, energy and catchy tunes. While heartfelt melodies anchor the duo\u2019s compelling sound, Slingshot has injected a bit of that ol\u2019 punk rock abandon into the mix.<\/p>\n

Friday, June 26: Reggae Night in partnership with Movement Moves Media: Red Fox with special guests G.O.E. Troupe and Space Kamp, hosted by Naj & DJ Romeo G<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Red Fox<\/strong><\/p>\n

Red Fox is a Jamaican-born dancehall\/reggae artist who emerged in the early 1990s as a key figure in the Brooklyn reggae scene. Known for hits like “Come Boogie Down,” he helped bridge dancehall with hip-hop, often working alongside Shaggy and the Ruff Entry Crew.<\/p>\n

G.O.E. Troupe<\/strong><\/p>\n

Blending genres and faith, this Lehigh Valley-based band uses God-given talent to curate uplifting, authentic vibes with musical chemistry, playing for artists among the gospel and mainstream communities.<\/p>\n

Space Kamp<\/strong><\/p>\n

Space Kamp is a genre-bending duo blending alternative hip-hop, reggae, and psychedelic influences to create a sound they call Rebel Hippies music. Formed in 2017 with the mission to “Break Rules and Spread Love,” their music is rooted in conscious lyricism and uplifting energy, inspiring listeners to live in the moment and embrace life to the fullest.<\/p>\n

Friday, July 17: Clave Legacy with Sol Katana<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Clave Legacy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Clave Legacy is predominantly a Latin-Jazz & Salsa fusion faith-based band located in Lehigh Valley, PA. The name \u201cClave Legacy\u201d signifies the heritage of the \u201cClave\u201d which is the key of Latin music. Their main purpose is to keep salsa music alive, with a gospel mindset. Clave Legacy has performed for the Miller Symphony Orchestra Parranda, local restaurants, churches, weddings and festivals.<\/p>\n

Sol Katana<\/strong><\/p>\n

In a galaxy near you, on a planet not so far away, the roots of Latin and American sounds combine in a “Latin space funk” experience for all. Inspired by his Puerto Rican and Colombian heritage, Sol Katana blends his taste for pop with flavors from indigenous rhythms, rock, soul, and R&B. He writes genre bending original music that blurs the lines between fantasy and reality with bilingual lyrics in English and Spanish.<\/p>\n

A touring mainstay and an indie folk rock staple, this Virginia quintet\u2019s well-hewn live show and musical style drift in and out of Americana, bluegrass, rock, folk, Celtic and pop traditions with ease, using an arsenal of instruments to define the band\u2019s lively stage presence and sonic landscape.<\/p>\n

Fig for a Kiss<\/strong><\/p>\n

Based out of the Lehigh Valley, Fig for a Kiss is an acoustic, Irish Folk band with a unique blend of Celtic and Contemporary Influences.<\/p>\n

Friday, September 11: Little Lies: A Tribute to Fleetwood Mac<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Little Lies<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hailing from Boston, Little Lies is a touring, high-energy tribute band that captures the youthful spirit and classic sound of one of the most popular bands in the world, Fleetwood Mac. This eight-person lineup of professional musicians carefully reconstructs the magic of Fleetwood Mac with soaring harmonies and a thundering rhythm section. Presenting a compelling show that has consistently sold out theatres across New England and the Tri-State region over the last two years.<\/p>\n

In addition to live music, attendees can enjoy a variety of food vendors, with more details to be announced.<\/p>\n
