The race marks the 16th\u00a0year of title sponsorship from St. Luke\u2019s University Health Network.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The following streets along the St. Luke\u2019s Half Marathon and 5k courses will be closed from about 7:30 a.m. until 11:15 a.m.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Linden Street (which becomes Broadway) between 17th Street and Ott Street (closed until 11:15 a.m.)<\/li>\n<li>Broadway between Ott Street and Cedar Crest Blvd. &#8212; closed between 8 a.m. and 8:40 a.m. for the St. Luke\u2019s 5k race.<\/li>\n<li>Ott Street\u00a0between Broadway and Hamilton Boulevard (reopens at about 9 a.m.)<\/li>\n<li>Hamilton Boulevard between 21st and 22nd streets (rolling closures after 9 a.m.)<\/li>\n<li>Yocco Drive<\/li>\n<li>Reading Road\/Walnut Street\u00a0between Yocco Drive and St. Elmo Street.<\/li>\n<li>South St. Elmo Street<\/li>\n<li>Union Street\u00a0at the St. Elmo Street intersection<\/li>\n<li>Lehigh Parkway East\u00a0between Martin Luther King Jr., Blvd. and Lehigh Parkway North, and Lehigh Parkway north at the entrance to the Lehigh Parkway trail.<\/li>\n<li>Park Drive in the Lehigh Parkway park<\/li>\n<li>Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. between St. Elmo Street and South 3th Street and the roads that intersect with Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, including the ramps to 15th Street, South 10th Street, Lehigh Street and West Union Street near Parkettes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Detours will be posted. Police will be available to direct traffic during these hours. Maps of the race courses are available at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/stlukeshalfmarathon.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/stlukeshalfmarathon.com&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1777081706867000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2QNjsBQv8POmfxGBeebnxM\">stlukeshalfmarathon.com<\/a>.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Celebrating its 42nd running this year, the half marathon and its companion 5k boast nearly 2,000 entrants.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cWe encourage residents along and near the course to come out and support the runners with their cheers,\u201d said SLHM co-race director Leslie Billowitch. \u201cIt\u2019s a remarkable, inspiring sight to see thousands of runners tackling 13.1 miles in the spirit of friendly competition and camaraderie.
