Each Voter Services event functions as a temporary extension of the Elections Office, allowing voters to:<\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Register to vote (deadline May 4)<\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Apply for a mail-in or absentee ballot<\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Receive and complete a ballot on demand<\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Return their ballot securely on site or via the existing dropboxes\u00a0<\/sup><\/p>\n All ballots issued and returned through these events will be handled in the same manner as standard absentee and mail-in ballots and will not be opened or counted until Election Day, consistent with Pennsylvania law.<\/p>\n Events at each location will be staffed by the County\u2019s trained Elections Division personnel.
