(DLNHC) is inviting qualified consultants to\u00a0submit\u00a0proposals to lead the development and management of a new\u00a0D&amp;L Trail Interactive Map,\u00a0in accordance with\u00a0a newly released Request for Proposals (RFP).<\/p>\n<p>DLNHC is seeking consultants with\u00a0demonstrated\u00a0experience developing and managing interactive mapping systems for large trail networks and\/or heritage areas, including platforms that can be embedded into websites and mobile applications. The selected consultant will work closely with DLNHC\u2019s Trails &amp; Conservation coordinator, as well as a project steering committee and stakeholder focus groups, throughout the project timeline.<\/p>\n<p>Interested consultants may review the full RFP,\u00a0submit\u00a0questions, and upload proposals through DLNHC\u2019s website at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/delawareandlehigh.org\/dl-trail-interactive-map-rfp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>delawareandlehigh.org\/dl-trail-interactive-map-rfp\/<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Questions must be\u00a0submitted\u00a0via the online form no later than\u00a04 p.m. May 8. Proposals and qualifications must be\u00a0submitted\u00a0online by\u00a04 p.m. May 22\u00a0for consideration.<\/p>\n<p><em>Delaware &amp; Lehigh National Heritage Corridor is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that preserves the historic pathway that\u00a0carried\u00a0coal and iron from Wilkes-Barre to Bristol.
