New restaurant presents a fun, festive atmosphere with a modern twist on traditional Mexican flavors

\n(November 10, 2014) \u2013 Torre, the much-anticipated addition to Lehigh Valley\u2019s culinary scene, will open its doors to the public on Thursday, November 13 for lunch and dinner. Menus, which feature a creative interpretation of classic Mexican cuisine, are available at torrerestaurant.com.<\/p>\n

\u201cTorre is an exciting concept that I couldn\u2019t be happier to introduce to the Lehigh Valley food scene,\u201d said George Paxos, owner of Paxos Restaurants. \u201cOur new restaurant presents a fun, festive atmosphere with a modern twist on traditional Mexican flavors. The menu is packed with bold flavors, fresh ingredients, handcrafted cocktails, and over 80 different tequilas to sample from our three-story tequila tower.\u201d<\/p>\n

Torre\u2019s menu is extensive with many options that can be shared for a fun dining experience. At Torre, you\u2019ll find five different types of guacamole, a variety of salsas, fresh ceviche and a large list of appetizers and entrees. Dishes include: Shrimp Empanadas with honey-picante sauce; Yucat\u00e1n Tacos with house-smoked pulled pork; and Carne Asada, grilled marinated Prime skirt steak served with green chili salsa and yuca fries.<\/p>\n

The focal point of the restaurant is a three-story, glowing tower that holds over 80 different tequilas, all of which are available for tasting on Torre\u2019s extensive drink menu. Beyond tequilas, the drink list also includes craft beers and house-made margaritas prepared with fresh-squeezed fruit.<\/p>\n

The restaurant will offer lunch and dinner daily, with a Sunday brunch and daily Happy Hour specials. Lunch:

\nFriday and Saturday 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. (bar open late)
\nSunday 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.<\/p>\n

Happy Hour:
