Dust off your 1800s garb and step back into time with Lehigh County historian Frank Whelan, mingle with character actors such as presidents Abraham Lincoln and Ulysses S. Grant, enjoy music by the Antebellum Marine Band (Gettysburg), artists including Jonathan Bond (Kempton, PA), learn about hex signs (Eric Claypoole, Lenhartsville, PA), visit with transportation buffs whether it\u2019s model trains or the Lehigh Canal (Delaware and Lehigh National Heritage Corridor), hear about conservation activities \u2013 birds, bats, water and much more.<\/div>\n<div>Bogert\u2019s Covered Bridge is located in the area of 1325 Oxford Dr., however, <b>PARKING IS NOT AVAILABLE ON-SITE. Free shuttle bus services will be provided from <span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_438416059\"><span class=\"aQJ\">11:30 a.m. \u2013 5:30 p.m.<\/span><\/span> Visitors are asked to park at one of the following Allentown park locations and take a shuttle bus to the event:<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Percy Ruhe Park \u2013 1519 Oxford Drive,Allentown<br \/>\nLi\u2019l-Le-Hi Trout Nursery \u2013 2901 Fish Hatchery Road, Allentown<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Opening ceremony begins at <span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_438416060\"><span class=\"aQJ\">12:00 p.m.<\/span><\/span> at the bridge entrance with a welcome by local actor George Miller portraying Mr. Johannes Bogert, Sr., gentleman who hired Solomon Butz to build Bogert\u2019s Covered Bridge in 1841.<\/div>\n<div>A short list of exhibitors includes:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>National Society for the Preservation of Covered Bridges<\/li>\n<li>Theordore Burr Covered Bridge Society of Pennsylvania<\/li>\n<li>Alvin H.
