The campaign is targeted toward junior riders participating in the community programs offered at VPCC.<\/p>\n<p>With the launching of this campaign, young cyclists are encouraged to post pictures, from practices, races, or individual training sessions, on Instagram with the <strong>#imnext<\/strong>.
