There are breastfeeding-related events and programs going on in Lehigh Valley that our community should know about. All events are FREE and do not require preregistration.<\/div>\n

Friday, August 5<\/span><\/span>, 10-11am<\/span><\/span><\/strong> – Big Latch On event at\u00a0La Leche League of Lehigh County daytime meeting at Church of the Nazarene in Macungie. Latch On at 10:30am<\/span><\/span>.<\/div>\n

Saturday, August 6, 10am-2pm<\/span><\/span><\/strong> – Lehigh Valley Live Love Latch & Big Latch On Family Celebration at Bucky Boyle Park in Allentown. Organized by La Leche League of Lehigh County and Lehigh Valley Breastfeeding Coalition. Infant weight checks, breastfeeding help by trained lactation supporters, refreshments, prizes, activities, presentations, information tables, PINK HEALS Lehigh Valley pink fire truck, Allentown’s Fruit and Veggies On the Move truck, breastfeeding photography sessions, and MORE! Representative Mike Schlossberg will read the Breastfeeding Month Proclamation at 10:15am<\/span><\/span>. Latch On takes place at 10:30am<\/span><\/span>.<\/div>\n
