Valley Youth House to Host Festif Event Saturday<\/strong>
\nSpecial Event will raise funds for Valley Youth House’s Camp Fowler<\/em><\/p>\n

ALLENTOWN, PA <\/strong>\u2013 Valley Youth House will be hosting a special event on Saturday, August 20th<\/span><\/span> at Camp Fowler. \u00a0All proceeds from the event will benefit the camp.<\/p>\n

Schedule of Events<\/strong>9:00 AM<\/span><\/span>\u00a0– 40 mile ride
\n10:15 AM<\/span><\/span> \u2013 20 mile ride
\n10:45 AM<\/span><\/span> \u2013 10 mile family ride
\n11 AM<\/span><\/span> \u2013 Fox & Hound 10 & 5K trail runs
\n11AM \u2013 3 PM<\/span><\/span> \u2013 ropes course, zip line, Fleming pool, and music
\nnoon<\/span><\/span> \u2013 buffet lunch<\/p>\n

Held at\u00a0Camp Fowler<\/a>\u00a0in Orefield, Pennsylvania, Festif is a family fun event that combines cycling, trail running, entertainment, food, and fun. Rides range from family friendly distances to a quad burning 40 miles.\u00a0New in 2016\u2026. Enjoy a 10K or 5K Fox and Hound trail run through our 43-acre camp.<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0Our Project U.S.E. certified ropes course instructors will also be on hand so that attendees can explore our climbing tower and zip line, as well as access to the Fleming Pool.<\/p>\n

The vision for Camp Fowler is based on the belief that at risk youth, as well as youth in our community, will benefit from therapeutic, challenge-based recreation and adventure in a camp setting. Since 2011, Festif has raised over\u00a0$20,000<\/strong>\u00a0to serve the youth who participate in Valley Youth House adventure programs at Camp Fowler.<\/p>\n
