October, 2016\u2014WASHINGTON, DC \u2014 Del Markward, SIOR, President and CEO of Markward Group in Allentown, PA, recently took office on the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors \u00ae (SIOR)\u2019s Board of Directors as the 2017 President-Elect. The induction took place during the SIOR Fall World Conference in New York City. Markward will step into the role of SIOR President in the Fall of 2017.<\/p>\n
Markward has owned and operated Markward Group since 1995 as a real estate consulting, advisory, and brokerage firm. He has worked for some of the largest companies in the world, including IBM, CIGNA, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Microsoft, GE, GM, Chrysler, Dun and Bradstreet, among many others.<\/p>\n
Markward focuses on providing expert business advice to corporations, local businesses, developers, and investors alike. He also founded Caracor, LLC, a real estate development and investment firm that specializes in land development and permitting, mixed use, industrial, retail, and general commercial.<\/p>\n
