January 20, <\/strong>OMS\/SMS Chorale at Phantoms Game at PPL Center.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The combined musical forces of both Parkland Middle School Chorales will open the Lehigh Valley Phantoms Game against the Wilkes Barre\/Scranton Penguins singing our National Anthem! http:\/\/www.phantomshockey.com\/events\/phantoms-vs-wilkes-barrescranton-penguins-9\/<\/span><\/u><\/a> Discounted tickets for the event are $17 each for general seating within the designated Parkland section. Ticket order forms are available online at<\/p>\n

January 20<\/strong> – Family Fun Nights<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cetronia Annual Art Show and Movie Night, Jaindl Annual Talent Show, Kernsville Movie Night, Schnecksville Bingo Night<\/p>\n

January 24, School Board Meeting – School Board Recognition Night, Administration Center, 7 PM. <\/strong> This year’s theme will focus on STEM Education at the elementary, middle and high school levels.<\/p>\n

January 24 & 25 – PHS MIDTERMS, 11 AM Dismissal<\/strong><\/p>\n

January 26, Middle School Parent University, Springhouse Middle School Auditorium, 7-8 PM. <\/strong>The topic of the program is S<\/em><\/strong>ports Nutrition Basics for Teen Athletes <\/em><\/strong>and will be presented by Jennifer M. Doane, MS, RD, CSSD, LDN, ATC Registered dietitian, board certified specialist in sports dietetics, and certified athletic trainer. Students are welcome to attend this program with their parents. February 4 – Spring Sport Physicals\/ImPACT tests in PHS Cafeteria.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Parkland\u2019s FREE<\/u><\/em> Spring Sports Physicals are being held on Saturday, February 4th<\/u> at Parkland High School in the cafeteria. Boys are from 8 \u2013 9:30 a.m. & Girls are from 9:30 \u2013 11 a.m. ImPACT tests will be held in the high school library from 8 \u2013 10:30 a.m., ending at 11 a.m. There are physical forms available in the Student Activities office.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

It’s time to register for Kindergarten!<\/h2>\n
All students who will be new to Parkland for Kindergarten or First Grade this fall should call their neighborhood elementary school now for an appointment. Order a Senior Class Yard Sign<\/h2>\n
\n

Class of 2017 is selling yard signs to congratulate seniors. Signs will be printed<\/p>\n

on both sides and come with the yard posts (see photo above of the sign graphic). They will be available in May 2017. You will be emailed when signs are ready to be picked up at the HS. Each sign is $22. Signs are vinyl, 24\u201d x 18\u201d, and come with yard posts. Checks should be<\/p>\n

made payable to PHS Class of 2017. Forms can be submitted online at the following<\/p>\n
