He got to meet Jeff Bonner the owner of Cave Brewing who started brewing small batches of beer in 1990 using a book his wife bought him. They are now a Nano Brewery producing Artisan Ales &amp; Lagers. They have limited hours but accommodate private tours. They are located in Salisbury Twp. just outside of Bethlehem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">One of the things that sets Cave Brewing apart from other brewers is the use of locally grown hops grown in their own garden on their 5-acre property. Probably most important of all is the use of non-chemically treated and additive free water.
