Ali and Etab Abullattif took over operations of the popular Route 390 restaurant on Feb. 14, and Ali Abullatif praised Lewis Edwards and the Lehigh Financial team for their assistance in obtaining the $800,000 Small Business Administration loan to finance the purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThey were wonderful. I have done refinancing before but they made the process so easy,\u201d Abullatif said. \u201cIt went as smooth as a waterfall. They took care of me, they took care of all the paperwork and they answered all my questions even before I asked them.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Abdullatif, who has been a restaurateur throughout his career, said he plans no changes to the Mountainhome\u2019s menu or atmosphere.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cEverything is staying the same,\u201d he said. \u201cI don\u2019t think that it could be any better.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Lewis and colleague Jeff Barber specialize in working with new and growing businesses and owners to help them obtain financing for real estate purchases, capital equipment, refinancing and other needs.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n
