PA) Wild Fox Farm announced today a land purchase of 25 acres in the Butter Valley of Berks County to expand its farm to 65 acres. \u00a0Wild Fox Farm is located at 5015 Longview Lane, Barto, PA 19504.<\/p>\n<p>Wild Fox Farm, founded in 2010, is family owned and operated by Ben and Karah Davies and is located in Pennsylvania\u2019s Butter Valley managing over 65 acres. \u00a0Wild Fox Farm produces 10 acres of vegetables, pasture raised poultry, eggs, pork, and grass fed lamb using regenerative farming practices and also offers summer, fall and winter Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) memberships.<\/p>\n<p>Owner Ben Davies speaks about the Farms mission statement \u201cOur long term mission is to bring 1,000 acres of the Butter Valley and its immediate surrounding agricultural region into regenerative agricultural management in order to preserve the long term quality and viability of its community, ecological systems and most importantly, its soil.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Wild Fox Farm is hosting two events in May as part of a Meet the Farmer series. \u201cWe want to provide an opportunity for consumers to have a direct relationship with their food and the land it is produced on.\u201d says Davies.<\/p>\n<p><span data-term=\"goog_752608755\">May 6, 2017<\/span> Wild Fox Farm will host a Meet the Meat event at their farm which is located at 5015 Longview Lane, Barto, PA 19504. \u00a0Meet the Meat will be held from <span data-term=\"goog_752608756\">10 am until noon<\/span> with the Wild Fox Farm store open for shopping as well an opportunity to meet with owners Ben and Karah Davies and discuss the meat products available through Wild Fox Farm. \u00a0\u00a0The event is open to the public and family friendly. \u00a0No reservations are required.<\/p>\n<p>The final event in the Meet the Farmer series will be held <span data-term=\"goog_752608757\">May 16<\/span> at Wild Fox Farm which is located at 5015 Longview Lane, Barto, PA 19504. \u00a0This event will be an open house event held from <span data-term=\"goog_752608758\">10 am to 1 pm<\/span>. \u00a0The event will be free and open to the public with registration opening in <span data-term=\"goog_752608759\">April 5, 2017<\/span>. \u00a0The open house will give guests the opportunity to tour the farm, learn the inner workings of a modern local farm as well as a chance to
