ALLENTOWN, PA —\u00a0Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center today announced that\u00a0<\/span>they have launched new programs for People Living With HIV.<\/p>\n

Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center is now providing non-medical supportive services to income-qualified people living with HIV. These services are offered at no cost for those who qualify. Services include individual counseling as well as support groups for income-qualified people living with HIV.<\/p>\n

The programs are supported with a grant from AIDSNET through Ryan White Part B.<\/p>\n

“We are committed to supporting the needs of people in our community living with HIV, especially those living with low and moderate incomes who may not have access to care in other spaces,” said Adrian Shanker, Executive Director of Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center. “These programs ensure that services are available to people who need it the most.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Atticus Ranck, Health Programs & Supportive Services Manager at Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center is overseeing this program. Ranck commented, “emotional support helps to reduce social isolation and leads to healthier lives for people living with HIV. We are proud to be able to offer these new services for our community”<\/p>\n
